Vacuum, gas-flushing, sealing, cooling, lid-opening are perfomed automatically, while lid-closing and film-cutting are manual. Vacuum is performed from airtight chamber firstly, then mixed gas / inert gas will be flushed into chamber. The vacuum gas-flushing packed tray can prolong the products shelf life while keeping its freshness, taste and nutrient. Packaging capacity is about 120 times/h, and will be higher for skilled operator.
